SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Coordinates and facilitates patient and family services and advocates for the individual needs of trauma patients. Works with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical and quality outcomes. Identifies and resolves patterns of variance having a negative quality, clinical and financial impact.

The facility features 281 beds, a four-story Ortenzio Heart Center, and around-the-clock complex critical care for those suffering from life-threatening injuries.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact with a minimum of two (2) years related experience
- ACLS/PALS may be required within one (1) year of employment (unit specific)
- TNCC or TCAR may be required with one (1) year of employment
- BSN preferred
- BLS certification preferred and required within sixty (60) days of employment
