SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Manages the work of the Employee Engagement program and is accountable for program outcomes. Defines program controls, such as processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program. Plans the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs. The Employee Engagement Program Manager plays a critical role in fostering a positive and productive workplace by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.

- Bachelor Degree
- Three (3) years of relevant experience related to program coordination, managing complex and multiple relationships and processes.
