SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced endocrinologist and other providers in a primary care setting. We have multiple specialties in addition to primary care on site to collaborate with to achieve optimal patient experience and outcomes. Additionally, the practice will have diabetes educators on site to develop personalized care plans.
Ideal candidates are those providers with experience in endocrinology or primary care as well as diabetes technology including insulin pumps and glucose monitors.

- Master's degree in Nursing required
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Certification in area of specialty preferred
