What We’re Looking For

· Strong phone, email, and written communication skills

· Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first approach

· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

· High School Diploma or GED

· 3 years in customer service, sales, or admin support

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Enter and process quotes and orders

· Follow up on leads and expedite orders

· Solve customer issues with urgency and care

· Team up with outside sales to secure and grow accounts

· Coordinate pricing strategies with sales managment

· Share customer insights with key stakeholders

· Protect and grow key accounts
