1847Financial is seeking a Business Support and Development Specialist to join our Boca Raton office. This dynamic role is ideal for someone eager to learn the financial services industry and contribute to the growth and success of our Financial Professionals. The specialist will play a key role in daily operations, business development initiatives, and the creation of innovative, forward-thinking processes.

Candidate Note: This role requires onsite presence at our Boca Raton, FL office.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Boca Raton office
• Support Financial Professionals with client service and business development
• Support and manages CRM processes for financial professionals by optimizing workflows, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing client relationship processes
• Research and identify new market opportunities
• Develop and implement efficient business processes
• Foster collaborative relationships across the team
• Embrace challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Base Range: $65,000 - $80,000
