Our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) includes a 12-bay Main PACU and a 14-bay Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) PACU, both equipped to support patients recovering from a wide range of surgical, endoscopic, cardiac catheterization (cath lab), and interventional radiology (IR) procedures. Our primary goal is to deliver an exceptional recovery experience by advocating for and supporting our patients and their families with the highest quality of nursing care.
Registered Nurses in the PACU play a critical role in post-procedure recovery, providing close monitoring, pain management, and patient education in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our team cares for patients across multiple specialties, including but not limited to General, Robotics, Bariatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Neurovascular, Spine, Thoracic, Urology, GYN, endoscopy, cath lab, IR, and ambulatory surgery—making this an excellent environment for developing strong clinical skills and expertise in post-anesthesia care.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- Basic Life Support Certification (required prior to first day of hire).
- Registered Nurse - NJ (Required)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License (required prior to first day of hire) required National Nursing Certification preferred
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
- Education Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or in pursuit of a BSN Equivalent Experience:
