We are hiring for a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team on a per diem basis. Ideal candidate will have weekend and flexible day and evening availability.

Per Diem requirements are: 1 Saturday or Sunday per month (9am - 3pm) and then 1 Evening per week (either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday) preferably 3 pm - 8pm

• The Physical Therapy Aide provides the necessary services within the Physical Therapy Department in order to achieve efficient operation of that department and maximize appropriate utilization of professional staff. Performs assigned non-professional functions. Physical Therapy Aides assist the professional staff in the provision of direct patient care within the parameters established by the State Board of Physical Therapy.
  
  

Responsibilities include:

• Maintains rehab services equipment. Assists in the Rehab Services office.
• Assist in the upkeep of the Rehab Services Department.
• Assist therapists and therapist assistant in patient treatment.
• Supports customer service and performance improvement goals of the department; collaborates with other care givers/staff, within and outside the department, to develop means of enhancing patient care and service
  
  

Credentials:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
• CPR certification required
  
  

Education or Equivalent Experience:

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• High school education or equivalent life experience is required. Experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range:

$16.55 - $21.70/Hourly
