Pharmacy-Infusion
Full Time- Day Shift
Work with staff to ensure inventory is unpacked and put away in compliance with USP 797/800 standards
Ensure accountability of technicians to maintain inventory that is in date
Assume responsibility for training of new hires
Partner with Coordinator to redeploy staff as needed for staffing gaps
Serve as a liason with nursing partners as needed for compounding related delays or issues that may impact patient care

Pharmacy-Infusion
Full Time- Day Shift
- The Lead Technician in ambulatory oncology pharmacy will partner closely with the Ambulatory Oncology Pharmacy Coordinator to ensure compliance with USP 797/800 standards. They will be responsible for the development of SOP's and competencies for each element of the standards including aseptic technique, handling, PPE and environmental controls. They will work with the coordinator to ensure that all applicable staff maintain competencies and that the environmental controls remain within the specified standards. The lead will also work closely with the Inventory Management Technician to ensure that all inventory needs are managed appropriately. The lead will be responsible for ongoing assessment of clean room workflows and communication with the coordinator for continuing improvements. Lastly, the lead will assist in day to day staffing and operational issues.
- Develop SOP’s and competencies for USP 797/800 standards

Credentials:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
- Education or Equivalent Experience:
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Preferred) Or 3 years Hospital or Ambulatory Experience
