Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a per diem Lactation Consultant to work the day shift within the Mother Baby Unit. The lactation consultant will individualize and prioritize care to meet the physical and emotional needs of the breast-feeding mother and infant.

Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a per diem Lactation Consultant to work the day shift within the Mother Baby Unit. The lactation consultant will individualize and prioritize care to meet the physical and emotional needs of the breast-feeding mother and infant.
Scheduling Requirements:
- You will be required to work two (7am-7pm) day shifts per month.
- One out of the two shifts required must be on a weekend
- Help breastfeeding women and their families to achieve their own breast-feeding goals.
- Responsible for follow-up phone calls to all breastfeeding mothers after discharge.
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating performance of the lactation services provided.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous Lactation Consultant experience.
- International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Certification
Salary Range:
$37.49 - $37.49/Hourly
