- Hands-on, 1:1 direct care in your own community.
- Maintain and grow acute care skills with opportunities for certifications and pilot projects.

Key Competencies:
- Home Health: Oasis SOC, wound care, drains, PEG tubes, ostomies
- Infusion: PICC/Port/Midline care, IV antibiotics, TPN, chemo disconnects, hydration, biologic infusions
Responsibilities:
Deliver expert infusion and home health care in patients’ homes, collaborate with providers, educate families, and ensure safe, effective treatment.
