- Demonstrates clinical proficiency and maintains knowledge base of hospital department and regulatory policies in order to serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the Surgical Services Associates
- Actively participates in and supports departmental and organizational quality
- Provides nursing care in a manner that promotes quality and patient safety
