Opportunity Overview
Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health invites applications for an extraordinary leadership opportunity as Managing Physician of it's established Maternal-Fetal Medicine Practice in Lancaster, PA. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse, high-risk obstetric population while supporting and guiding the operational and clinical aspects of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. The MFM Managing Physician role addresses the need for high-quality maternal-fetal care in the face of growing patient volumes and complexities, contributing to improved patient outcomes in high-risk obstetrics. The MFM Managing Physician will have the opportunity to continue practicing MFM while helping oversee the continued growth of a nationally recognized MFM Service.

Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
- Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
- Proven leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
