Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB :

To perform all activities related to Sanitation in the Food & Nutrition Department. The sanitation activities include areas such as patients, cafeteria, Snack Bar, and catered functions. Maintaining sanitation is a key part of providing a responsive healing environment for our patients and their families, and to improve the quality of life for all members of our community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Cleaning & Sanitation
Uses, cleans and sanitizes equipment
Safety Training and Compliance
Performs food preparation duties

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education: Able to read, write and communicate fluently in the English language.

Experience: Food Service or other hospitality related experience
