Certified Endoscope Reprocessor -HSPA (IAHCSMM)
OR
Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor - CBSPD
- PURPOSE OF JOB :

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Provides safe and efficient direct patient care with consideration for age-specific

V. QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of nursing assistant/medical technician/PCT program preferred.
Certified Endoscope Reprocessor -HSPA (IAHCSMM)
OR
Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor - CBSPD
- Experience : One year clinical related experience preferred, (i.e., nursing assistant, medical technician, PCT). Endoscopy experience and/or respiratory experience preferred.
- Job Knowledge : Must have sufficient understanding of medical terminology and anatomy and physiology as well as familiarity with basic clinical skills, ability to acquire and maintain technical skills, ability to maintain endoscopes and other equipment. Must have sufficient knowledge and skills to operate the hospital information system and computer systems.
