Quotations / Bid Coordinator
The Quotations / Bid Coordinator is a fast-paced, entry-level and/or administrative role that supports our sales and quotations teams. We are a lighting manufacturers’ representative sales agency based in Pennsauken, NJ with a well-established 60 -year presence in the Greater Philadelphia market (Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware).
This is an excellent opportunity for any individual looking to gain a foothold in the innovative commercial lighting industry or a veteran administrative specialist looking for a fresh start with a growing, employee-focused company. No prior experience is required.
The Quotations / Bid Coordinator is responsible for processing and organizing inbound customer requests, reviewing plans for relevant information, assigning the project to appropriate team members, coordinating with our outside sales team, and effectively communicating with our customers.
Additionally, this role affords opportunities for growth in the lighting industry through foundational education in lighting products, controls technologies, pricing structures, sales/negotiating strategies, order/project management skills, lighting design principles and first-hand knowledge of the construction industry supply chain.
Those new to the industry will need to be in-office until eligible for our flexible hybrid work schedule. Fully remote positions are available for those with lighting agency experience (must be available during east coast business hours).
