About us
Penn Home Health is a family-owned company located in the heart of Cambria and Indiana Counties. Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse - Serving Cambria County
Our RN’s provide care in the patient's home environment as part of a multidisciplinary team, including RN, LPN, PT, OT, speech, social work and home health aides. Our RN’s will provide direct, one on one patient care, clinical assessments, venipuncture and wound care (if necessary) and will also supervise care provided by aides. We rely heavily on technology; email is a primary means of communication and the RN will use an iPad to complete documentation in an electronic medical record. Your employment with Penn Home Health will begin with company paid orientation, where a seasoned preceptor will be assigned to you for mentoring, to ensure that you are well prepared when you begin on your own. Working in home health provides an endless variety of settings, scenery, and clinical challenges, and provides a unique opportunity to work within the real-life environments of our patients, bringing meaningful change to their lives.
