*REMOTE POSITION*

The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving revenue capture processes within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and optimization of billing and reimbursement activities to maximize revenue while adhering to regulatory guidelines. The analyst will collaborate with various departments, including finance, coding, compliance, and operations, to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and implement best practices.

Qualifications

Other information:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue integrity, revenue cycle, billing, or coding. Advanced knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and regulatory requirements (CMS, HIPAA, etc.).
• Certification in healthcare compliance, coding, or revenue integrity (e.g., CHRI, CPC, CPMA) is highly desirable.
