Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue integrity, revenue cycle, billing, or coding. Advanced knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and regulatory requirements (CMS, HIPAA, etc.).
- Certification in healthcare compliance, coding, or revenue integrity (e.g., CHRI, CPC, CPMA) is highly desirable.
