- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or Temporary Practice Permit required
- Previous surgical services experience preferred
- Healthcare Provider (Basic Life Support) certification must be obtained within 3 months of start date in position
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 1 year of start date in position
