What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health position at Penn Highlands Healthcare?
AS A HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN): you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all Home Care services in the patient's home.
MULTIPLE SERVICE AREAS AVAILABLE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a current PA RN License
- Have a valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong teaching skills
- Have ability to work independently and within a multidiscplinary team
- Have ability to pass PA Child Abuse History Clearance
- Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
- Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
- Be a team player
