Patient Service Representative, Radiology - 14496

AS A PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you will provide support for the imaging department by utilizing service excellence clerical skills such as answering phone calls, greeting patients, assisting all customers, organizing report records, printing daily schedules, facilitating orders, burning CDs, ordering in stock office supplies, and scanning documents.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Associate's degree or 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred
• Typing/computer skills, including Microsoft Office required
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification from the American Heart Association obtained within the first year of hire in position required
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred
