Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Previous Medical Surgical experience preferred
- Three years of supervisor experience required
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within six months
- Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director; Progressive and successful work history
