AS THE CLINICAL CALL CENTER COORDINATOR,you’ll be responsible for receiving incoming phone calls into the clinic, processes refill requests and prior authorizations for medications. You will also process incoming referrals and scheduling in the appropriate location.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program required
- Completion of a Clinical Medical Assistant program or Completion of a Medical Assistant program with eligibility to sit for NCCT certification or NHA certification
- NCCT or NHA certification must be obtained within 2 years of start date

- Experience in administrative office procedures within a physician office preferred
- Healthcare provider CPR certification through the American Heart Association within the first year of hire
