AS A PATIENT TRANSFER CENTER COORDINATOR, you are responsible for the facilitation and coordination of all requests relating to patient referral, physician consultation and patient transfer. The primary job responsibilities of the transfer coordinator are to receive and process telephone calls requesting assistance with acute patient transfers and/or admissions of patients from medical facilities.

- Completion of post high school secretarial program preferred
- Previous experience in office/secretarial setting preferred
- Typing and computer skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task duties; ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and physicians required
