Fleet Manager

Penn FS—experts in commercial landscaping, grounds care, and snow & ice management—is seeking a driven Fleet & Asset Manager to lead our maintenance program and keep our fleet and equipment operating at peak performance.What You’ll Own:Management of:• ~40 trucks, trailers & management vehicles• ~225 pieces of landscaping equipment• ~100 pieces of snow equipment (plows, Ventracs, loaders)Preventive maintenance, inspections & repair schedulingAsset tracking, inventory accuracy & equipment lifecycle planningBuilding/yard/shop maintenance & cleanliness, organization & safety standardsCompliance with DOT/OSHA and fleet documentationTraining crews on proper equipment use, inspections & careImproving maintenance processes and systemsRequirements:3–5 years of fleet, equipment, or maintenance management experience (landscaping, construction, municipal, or similar industry strongly preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and prioritize repairsProficient with Microsoft Suite; experience with Aspire is a plusExperience overseeing mixed fleets (trucks, trailers, small engines, heavy equipment)Ability to implement preventive maintenance programs and reduce downtimeStrong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean, efficient yard/shopWorking knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and general equipment safety practicesAbility to train and support field staff on equipment care and operationOn-site role with availability to support peak seasonal demandsWhat We’re Looking For:A mechanically skilled, organized, and proactive leader who can build structure, improve equipment reliability, and support operational excellence while reinforcing our core values: Growth, Integrity, Accountability.Why This Role Matters:You’ll help ensure our fleet and equipment are safe, reliable, and ready to support day-to-day operations and seasonal work.Penn FS is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
