WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Operational and Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Picking, packing, shipping orders, receiving inventory, and putting stock away.
- On the floor resource direct and guide warehouse associates to ensure daily operational goals are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing questions and escalating issues to management as needed.
- Lead the receiving and order picking process ensuring products and goods are received and shipped accurately using the ERP system, JD Edwards.
- Manage the preparation and shipping of products according to customer requirements and shipping orders.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform data entry, data retrieval, and order updates using a computer and barcode scanning technology.
- Ability to work in a hands-on warehouse environment, including frequent lifting, carrying, bending, use of ladders and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and may involve repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including cold or hot environments.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 3 years of warehouse experience
- 1 year in a leadership role
- Ability to read and communicate both verbally and written in English.
- Skill in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing numbers.
- Ability to use a computer for data entry, data retrieval and updating orders appropriately.
- Ability to utilize barcode scanning technology.
- Experience with JD Edwards ERP system or another ERP system preferred.
