Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to ensure exceptional product and process standards in a fast-paced machining environment. The position includes programming and operating measurement systems such as Mitutoyo CMMs using MCOSMOS software and utilizing Keyence IMX measurement systems for automated inspection. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to verify adherence to technical specifications.
• Program and operate Mitutoyo CMM equipment using MCOSMOS software for dimensional inspection and reporting.
• Utilize Keyence IMX systems for automated measurement and verification of components.
• Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and equipment/materials checks within the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Perform incoming and outgoing product quality inspections to maintain high standards.
• Support annual QMS audits, ensuring process documentation is updated and compliant.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence.

Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience (candidates actively pursuing a technical or engineering degree are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and auditing ISO systems.
• Experience programming and operating Mitutoyo CMMs using MCOSMOS software.
• Familiarity with Keyence IMX measurement systems and automated inspection technologies.
• Strong knowledge of tooling design principles.
• Expertise in inspecting components using manual and automated inspection equipment.
• Advanced understanding of GD&T principles and their application in quality inspections.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate quality management software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
