Marketing Coordinator – Industrial Business Unit
Location: Hybrid / Toms River, NJ
Salary: $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience, plus 15% annual bonus potential

Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing materials including brochures, data sheets, presentations, and case studies.
- Support product launches and translate technical information into customer-focused content.
- Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
- Assist with email marketing, website updates, LinkedIn content, and digital campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, and event ROI.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Marketing to support business growth.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of B2B, industrial, or manufacturing marketing experience.
- Strong written communication and project management skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
