Every day in Penn Delco School District, Kelly Educational Staffing provides dedicated professionals like you with real educational employment opportunities. We recruit, screen, employ, schedule and manage substitute teachers, in grades K – 12.
Rate for daily assignments is $110/day.
Long-term substitutes more than 20 days in a single assignment receive a rate of $175/day.
Building Substitutes are $160/day, and Daily Substitutes $125/day.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Instructor in the classroom
- Implements existing lesson plans to ensure the integrity of academic time
and motivate students to learn and participate
- Assign reasonable tasks and homework to students in accordance with the
School District’s lesson plans
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and
appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
Substitute Teacher Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, any major acceptable

- Kelly Services follows Pennsylvania Department of Education Clearance Requirements
