Order Picker – Medical Warehouse

Location: Springfield, MO
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join a medical warehouse team in Springfield, MO. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, stocking, receiving, and routing products while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced warehouse setting and is committed to quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, replenish, and accurately pick customer orders
• Verify products, quantities, and labels to maintain inventory accuracy
• Route completed orders to the appropriate staging or trailer area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate warehouse computers and inventory systems as required
• Work effectively with team members to meet productivity goals
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or unresolved issues promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
• Maintain dependable attendance and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, material handling, or order picking experience preferred
• Forklift and order picker equipment experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Schedule

• Sunday: 8:30 AM until work is complete
• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM until work is complete
• Saturday and 1 day off during the week.
• Approximately 40 hours per week with overtime as needed
