Penmac West Plains is seeking a qualified Front Desk/Accounting Clerk for a business partner in West Plains.
Rate of pay: Starting at $17/hr.

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to relevant staff.
- Managing email and mail correspondence correctly.
- Performing data entry, filing, photocopying, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Generally accounting duties.
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Expertise in QuickBooks is a must.
- Detail orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
