CNC Manufacturing Technician — Haas Mill/Lathe Setup

As a CNC Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be the person who brings our Haas equipment to life—selecting tooling, loading programs, setting offsets, and making light code edits so production stays on track. Your organized approach and housekeeping mindset keep the cell efficient and safe.

Impact of the role

• Own setup and operation of Haas CNC mills and lathes
• Translate engineering drawings into actionable machine steps
• Choose and manage the right tools for each job
• Load programs and verify they’re ready to run
• Apply tool and work offsets to achieve results
• Care for and maintain tooling to reduce downtime
• Perform light program edits at the control
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  
  

What you know

• GD&T fundamentals
• G-code and M-code
• CNC setup and rapid changeover practices
  
  

Tools of the trade

• Haas vertical machining centers (3–4 axis)
• Haas turning centers (2–4 axis)
  
  

Schedule options

• 1st Shift: 6AM – 4PM
• 2nd Shift: 4PM – 1AM
