Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and nurturing Preschool and Infant Toddler Teachers to create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. As a member of our Play based, Reggio-inspired preschool community, as a teacher you will facilitate child-led exploration, support social-emotional growth, document learning experiences, and build strong partnerships with families. The ideal candidate is dependable, values collaboration, creativity, and reflective practice, and is committed to fostering curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications -A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. -A minimum of 6 ECE units is required. -Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable. -Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with children, parents, and staff. -Experience in caregiving roles such as babysitting or toddler/infant care is an advantage. -A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
