Echocardiography Sonographer Position Summary
Performs vascular or cardiac ultrasound procedures at a level of competence not requiring supervision of technical detail. Participates in a variety of patient care and technical activities related to the operations of the Cardiovascular Lab.
Echocardiography Sonographer Position Requirements
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
- Minimum of two years college education in the health sciences or paramedical training preferred.
- At least one year in the field of non-invasive cardiovascular testing or a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
- Current registry as a Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS) preferred.
Echocardiography Sonographer Benefits
