The Center for Aesthetic Surgery is seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse to serve as the Director of Nursing for our Medicare-certified, AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery center specializing in plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures.

Responsibilities
- Direct all clinical nursing operations of the ambulatory surgery center.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions for Coverage, AAAHC accreditation standards, OSHA, CDC, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate perioperative nursing staff.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, competency assessments, orientation, and continuing education.
- Maintain and improve quality assurance, infection prevention, risk management, and patient safety programs.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality metrics.
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and administrative leadership to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
- Prepare for and participate in accreditation and regulatory surveys.
Qualifications
- Current RN license (Maryland).
- Minimum five years of perioperative nursing experience.
- Previous ambulatory surgery center or operating room leadership experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of ambulatory surgery regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
