Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team at our prestigious 27-hole, semi-private, resort-style facility along Alabama’s Gulf Coast.
This position plays an important role in maintaining the overall appearance and playability of the golf course. This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a team, and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Operating equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, and blowers
- Maintaining bunkers
- Assisting with course setup
- Performing general landscape maintenance.
- Team members are expected to follow safe work practices and help maintain a clean and professional property.
Previous golf course or landscaping experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be dependable, willing to learn, able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and comfortable working early morning hours, including some weekends and holidays.
