¨ Cart Maintenance (Daily)

• Maintain and upkeep daily cart cleanliness (includes but not limited to; ensuring that all carts are being pressure sprayed and wiped down (no water spots), restocking pencils, towels, scorecards, tees and refilling sand)

• Properly log (notate on cart maintenance board and write out a cart label detailing the cart issues) and report any cart maintenance that needs to be scheduled in order to maintain a full fleet

• Ensure daily policies and procedures are in place to upkeep carts.

• Maintain cart storage cleanliness

¨ Policies & Procedures (Daily)

• Facilitate policies and procedures in accordance with the Assistant Golf Professional to ensure that the outside operations are proficient

• Re-visit current operations weekly and continuously look for improving active or inactive policies

• Generate written policies for any new procedure so that staff understands each policy and procedure and a form of consistency is created throughout the outside operations

¨ Customer Service (Daily)

• Provide first class customer service for members and guests

• Maintain professional appearance at all times

¨ Rental Club Program (Weekly)

• Upkeep cleanliness of rental clubs between member and guest use

• Monitor weekly inventory of rental clubs and immediately notify Head Golf Professional of any missing rental club items

• Ensure that entire rental club inventory is in working order and in a presentable and organized fashion

¨ Driving Range (Daily)

• Ensure the driving range is set up daily in the correct spot and keeping a rotation to maximize usage of good turf

• Ensure the driving range is clean picked every Wednesday

• Monitor inventory of range supplies (balls, bag stands, range crates) and notify Assistant Golf Professional of any shortages.

• Conduct monthly tree-line picks and clean maintenance road and right side of Marsh #9 of range balls
