Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for staff and visitors
- Conduct custodial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies regularly
- Assist with light cooking or food preparation in hospitality settings when required
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning visits
Skills
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Expertise in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and hotel housekeeping management
- Skilled in floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
