What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House position at Peninsula BevCo?
We are looking for front of house staff with a passion for the craft food & beverage industry who want to grow, and be a part of building a great local company & community. Our goal is to be the premier food & beverage destination on the Kitsap Peninsula. We have restaurants in Port Orchard and Silverdale Washington that are both hring right now!
Requirements
-4 years restaurant experience
-Team Culture Builder
-Service Passion
-Sales and marketing interest is a plus
-leadership experience
We are a collective business model. So all fulltime employees are expected to be a participating member in our working owners group. This requirement is 10 hours non paid per month including meetings and entreprenuer work. You will learn through experience how to successfully run a business or organization. There is profit sharing for this group. Longterm members are considered for investments made into startup food and beverage businesses.

Pay Scale: hourly wage $17.13-$20per hour. Tip Share $10-25 per hour. Total per hour $27-42. plus split of cash tips
