Window Cleaning Technician

Pay: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience and performance)

We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done. We do not have company trucks as of yet so you would need to have an SUV or Truck.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential windows using traditional squeegee methods and water-fed pole systems.
• Remove and reinstall window screens safely.
• Clean window frames, sills, and screens when included in the service.
• Set up and maintain equipment properly, including RO/DI filtration systems.
• Perform a final walkthrough with homeowners to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Politely ask satisfied customers for a Google review.
• Load and unload equipment carefully while keeping supplies organized.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Represent the company professionally at every customer's home.

Window cleaning experience is a plus but not required. We provide training.

Performance Expectations

Our technicians are expected to:

• Complete setup and cleanup efficiently.
• Average approximately 30 window panes per hour as a two-person crew while maintaining quality.
• Treat every home with care and respect.
• Follow company procedures for safety and quality.
• Deliver service that earns repeat customers and 5-star reviews.
