We are looking for a Developer with React/JS and other development experience in Java or Python and SQL to join our team. An ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the stack (front-end, backend) and be familiar with DevOps. In this position, you will collaborate with small development teams that play a crucial role in driving business growth within PRH, operating within a dynamic and agile development environment. The salary range for this role is $100,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience. All positions are currently eligible for an annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications as part of our ongoing platform evolution.
- Build, test, deploy, and iterate on both existing and new technology products that serve internal and external users.
- Leverage strong technical skills in areas such as front-end (web/mobile), backend development, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement and automation.
- Support legacy systems and transition them to modern architectures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply creative problem-solving and sound judgment in a fast-paced development environment.
- 3 or more years of professional software development experience preferred.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as React/JavaScript.
- Experience with backend development in Java or Python.
- Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals.
- Strong grasp of modern web standards, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to research/plan/implement features or fix bugs is a plus.
