Role Description
This is a 1099 contract role for a Commission-Based Sales Associate. You’ll introduce businesses to PENGUIN’s VoIP services, build relationships, and drive new customer sign-ups. This role is fully remote with complete flexibility over your schedule. The perfect way to add no effort recurring revenue for any individual or IT MSP owner. You’ll interveiw in-person and check in in-person from time to time. You focus on generating leads and closing deals; we handle all onboarding, support, configuration, and ongoing customer service.
This is a pure commission role with recurring monthly payouts for the life of each customer you bring in. Many of our resellers earn thousands per month with no ongoing workload.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and identify businesses that can benefit from switching to a modern VoIP system
• Present PENGUIN’s service, pricing, and benefits
• Coordinate with our team for smooth onboarding after closing deals
• Maintain relationships with referred customers and identify expansion opportunities
• Track leads and progress in our CRM

Qualifications
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
