Hiring for Fall 2025
Penguin Coding School is looking for part-time and full time teachers of computer coding and robotics to children between the ages 5-18. Penguin Coding Teachers teach from our proprietary project-based curriculum, and help children learn the fundamentals of coding.
Classes during the school year are on weekdays after school 3pm-7pm, and 9am-5pm during the weekends. We maintain a very small class size to provide the most effective instruction. Before setting foot in a classroom, new teachers will work with the head instructor to learn how to teach our unique curriculum.
We are specifically looking for in-person teachers for this location.
We teach using:
- Lego Robotics (all ages)
- Simple drag & drop coding: Scratch and Minecraft MakeCode for lower elementary grades
- Python and Roblox (Lua) for upper elementary & middle school kids
- Java & Python for computer science prep for middle school & high school kids.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should have experience teaching kids in some form and prior experience in coding or willing to learn quickly.'

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
