Job Overview
Part-time - weekdays 2pm-6:30pm and weekends 10am-4pm
Penguin Coding School is looking for teachers for computer coding and robotics to children between the ages 5-12 who are available as substitutes from 2pm-6:30pm on the weekdays and weekends 10am-4pm. Penguin Coding Teachers teach from our project-based curriculum, and help children build engaging games and projects using Scratch, Minecraft, Python, and Roblox, as well as Lego Robotics.
We maintain a very small class size to provide the most effective instruction. Before setting foot in a classroom, new teachers will work with the head instructor to learn how to teach our curriculum.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should most importantly enjoy working with kids.
Computer coding knowledge is useful but even a coding beginner can become a good teacher if you invest time learning our curriculum.

Hours per week: up to 5 to 25 hours per week
