Position: Plumbing Service Technician
As a Plumbing Service Technician with Penguin Air, you’ll be the face of our plumbing division—providing exceptional service and reliable solutions to homeowners across the Valley. You’ll diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems with precision, professionalism, and a smile.
What You’ll Do:
Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for residential plumbing systems
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to explain issues and solutions
Provide upfront pricing and recommendations to ensure the best outcome for every home
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle
Build long-term customer relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service
Work collaboratively with team members across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical divisions
What You Bring:
3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems efficiently
