We are hiring a Customer Service Representative. This role acts as the voice of the customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. This position has a focus on regularly scheduled complete account reviews, follow up/follow through to resolve customer related issues, identify process improvement, and enhance customer engagement through a collaborative effort.
What You'll Do
- Conduct partnership meetings with defined customers reviewing spends and trends with multiple stakeholders from each organization
- Point person for all aftermarket activity for the customer, both external and internal
- Educates each customer on the full range of offerings and support products offered by Pengate
- Collect feedback from the customer on company performance
- Control internal/external costs through analyzing reports
- Work with internal departments to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Additional duties as required or assigned.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent related experience
Verbal and written communication skills
road knowledge of the entire sales process, preferred business-to-business sales experience. - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of organization.
- Requires strong problem solving, organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to establish and develop relationships that identify and promote enterprise offerings on a continual basis and engage the subject matter expert where appropriate
- Analytical ability in conjunction with market research to support sales efforts.
- Must have exceptional customer service, presentation skills and ability to relate to a range of audiences.
