Manufacturing Technician – 3rd Shift Gilbertsville, PA
Penflex is hiring dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our manufacturing team in Gilbertsville, PA.
This is not a repetitive assembly-line position. Our team operates specialized industrial equipment that produces precision metal hose and braid products used in power generation, refineries, chemical processing, and other demanding industries around the world.

Schedule
- 3rd Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 PM-7:00 AM
- 4 days - 10hr shift
- Paid Lunch Break
- Overtime available
Pay
- $24-$26/hr based on experience, mechanical aptitude, and reliability
- Opportunity for advancement and increased pay as skills develop
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment in our Braiding or Corrugation departments
- Learn machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality inspection processes
- Perform routine adjustments and preventative maintenance
- Work closely with team members to keep production running efficiently
- Help identify improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, automotive work, construction, welding, maintenance, fabrication, mechanical repair, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply.
