What Your Days (or Nights) Will Look Like
- Build Real Connections: Deliver vital, hands-on clinical care (treatments, wound dressing, and catheterizations) to residents who truly appreciate you.
- Deliver Excellence: Safely administer prescribed medications with accuracy and chart with care.
- Be a Champion for Wellness: Monitor vital signs and keep a close, compassionate eye on any changes in resident conditions.
- Provide Comfort: Act as a reassuring, calm presence when answering resident call lights.
- Clinical Leadership (For RNs): Lead comprehensive assessments and provide supportive, team-first clinical oversight.
