Position Overview
We are GROWING and seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) with a passion for comprehensive, whole-woman wellness to join our team in both of our locations. Strong knowledge in perimenopause/menopause care and HRT is preferred.
This role supports patients in areas including:
- Hormone health
- Menopause and midlife transitions
- Gynecologic wellness
- OB
- Patient education and lifestyle medicine
The ideal candidate is clinically strong, emotionally attuned, and excited about practicing in an innovative women's wellness-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women across the lifespan
- Conduct patient assessments, annual GYN exams, OB care, and follow-up visits
- Evaluate and manage hormonal concerns including perimenopause, menopause, and related symptoms
- Support metabolic and lifestyle-focused interventions
- Interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with in-house wellness services
Education & Empowerment
- Deliver care that is empathetic, informative, and grounded in shared decision-making
- Provide clear, empowering education on hormones, wellness, and preventive health
- Participate in educational initiatives, workshops, or content creation if desired
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, and wellness providers
- Participating in community events
Brand-Aligned Care Delivery
- Uphold the core brand values: warm, knowledgeable, inclusive, and empowering
- Contribute to a patient experience that feels calm, safe, and nurturing
- Represent the mission of our whole women’s wellness through tone, professionalism, and compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Current NP or PA licensure in NYS.
- Women’s Health, OB/GYN, or Primary Care experience strongly preferred
- Passion for hormone health, menopause care, and integrative wellness
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Comfort with longer, relationship-driven visits
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all women

Pay: $55.75 - $67.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
