What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Course Staff position at Penfield Country Club?
Penfield Country Club is in search of dedicated, honest, hard-working individuals for the 2026 season. You will take part in all aspects of maintaining the golf course. Duties include but not limited to are mowing, bunker maintenance, and general course set-up.
We have full time seasonal positions available. Season will be from April 1st - October 30th and possibly longer.
Experience not needed. 40 hours a week plus time and half for overtime. General Schedule: Mon-Fri. 6a.m-2:30p.m - Weekend day: 5:30a.m-8:30a.m
Free golf on Sunday afternoons and Mondays after work. Uniforms included.
Pay: $19.00-$20.00/Hour
