Under direct supervision of the Principal and the Safety and Security Coordinator, patrol and monitor school buildings to ensure a safe and secure building environment, as well as the personal safety of students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of the Principal and the Safety and Security Coordinator, patrol and monitor school buildings to ensure a safe and secure building environment, as well as the personal safety of students, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor main entrance and key locations of each building (elementary, BT, PHS),
- Monitor camera surveillance(1 per PHS, 1 per BT, and 1 per each elementary building), assist building principals in the retrieval, review, and copying of camera footage
- Complete daily tours of each building to ensure the building is secure and the physical facilities are safe and secure. Manage traffic before and after school
- Oversee main entrance presence and visitor management protocols
- Conduct door, window, and parking lot checks
- Escort students
- Conduct bathroom sweeps
- Complete routine monitoring of lunches, hallways, and afterschool student conduct
- Support implementation of emergency procedures
- Deliver suspension letters
- Facility use management
- K-12 coverage, as needed
- PM coverage, as needed, with vehicle for campus sweeps
- High School Diploma or completion of sufficient education to successfully perform the duties of the position
- Successful experience in security or law enforcement is preferred
- Experience working with adolescents preferred
